Short-term Reservations (less than 30 nights)
50% of the rent must be paid in advance by bank transfer (only in euros). The remainder of the price, as well as the security deposit should be transferred on the day of your arrival. |

The Security Deposit The security deposit must be paid on the day of your arrival. It will be returned to you when you leave, except in the case of damage or if the apartment is not left in the same conditions of cleanliness that it had prior to your arrival. If you prefer, we will clean the apartment for you, for the sum of 40 €. The security deposit is 600 € for short stay and can be paid by bank transfer or cash. |

Additional Charges Electricity : the expense is included in the price of a short stay. For stays of 30 days or more, it will be charged separately.Telephone: It is only installed for stays of more than 30 days. You will be charged for any telephone calls which exceed the contract (special numbers, calls to certain foreign countries and calls to mobile phones in any countries). |

Arrival Someone will be present in the apartment to welcome you.So, we kindly request that you communicate the time of arrival of your flight or your train to us, so that we are able to offer the best possible service when we give you the keys. |

Cleaning Depending on the length of your stay, it is possible to organise a cleaner to visit periodically.Please don't hesitate to let us know your preference, so that we are able to organise this service, at your convenience. |
